Pedestrian Crossings (Establishment)
(Amendment) Regulations 2009
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 113 of the Act, and after consulting the Authority, I make these Regulations -
Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Pedestrian Crossing (Establishment) (Amendment) Regulations 2009.
Schedule amended
2. The Schedule in the Pedestrian Crossing (Establishment) Order is amended by adding the following -
SCHEDULE
| Place | Road/Street | Location |
| Ba | "Tabua Park | Adjacent to the Ba Police Station. |
| Ditto | Ditto | On Bank Street near Westpac Bank. |
| Ditto (Southside) | Ditto | On east end of Tabua Park. |
| Ditto (Northside) | Ditto | On east end of Tabua Park." |
