Land Transport (Fees and Penalties)
(Amendment) Regulation 2009


IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 113 of the Act, and after consultation with the Authority, I make this Regulation -

Citation

1. These Regulation may be cited as the Land Transport (Fees and Penalties) (Amendment) Regulation 2009 and shall be deemed to come into force on the 1st of December, 2009.

Schedule 1 amended

2. Schedule l, Part C of the Land Transport (Fees and Penalties) Regulation 2000 is amended -

PART C
VEHICLE INSPECTION

Item/Description

$(VAT Inclusive)

Delete (a) and substitute
"(a) Application for inspection of the following vehicles -

(i) Private Vehicles
(ii) Commercial Vehicles
(iii) Public Service Vehicles
(iv) Any other vehicles

Saving

3. These Regulations do not affect any pending prosecution before a Court for an offence committed prior to the date of this Regulation.
