Counter-Inflation (Notification Of Proposed Increases
In Price And Service Charges) (Revocation) Order 2009

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Sections 8 and 13 of the Counter-Inflation Act, the Prices and Incomes Board, with the approval of the Prime Minister and Minister for Finance makes the following order —

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Counter-Inflation (Notification of Proposed Increases in Price and Service Charges) (Revocation) Order 2009 and comes into force on 3rd December 2009.

Revocation

2. The Counter-Inflation (Notification of Proposed Increases in Price and Service Charges) Order, 1997 [Legal Notice No. 137/97], and any amendments thereto is revoked.

Made this 3rd day of December 2009.
