Counter-Inflation (Price Control)
(Milk Powder — Ex-factory Wholesale Price) (No. 4) Order 2009
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 9 of the Counter-Inflation Act, the Prices and Incomes Board, with the approval of the Interim Prime Minister & Acting Minister for Finance and National Planning,
makes the following Order —
Citation and commencement
1. This Order may be cited as the Counter-Inflation (Price Control) (Milk Powder — Ex-Factory Wholesale Price) (No. 4) Order
2009 and comes into force on 10th March 2009.
Maximum prices schedule
2. The prices set out in the Schedule are the maximum prices at which the goods therein mentioned may be sold ex-factory.
Revocation
3. The Counter-Inflation (Price Control) (Milk Powder — Ex-Factory) (No. 4) Order 2008 is revoked
