Counter-Inflation (Price Control) (Foodstuff) (No.7) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2009
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 9 of the Counter-Inflation Act, the Prices and Incomes Board, with the approval of the Prime Minister & Minister for Finance and National planning makes the following Order -
Citation and commencement
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Counter-Inflation (Price Control) (Foodstuffs) (No. 7) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2009 and comes into force on 14th August 2009.
(2) The Counter-Inflation (Price Control) (Foodstuffs) (No. 7) Order 2009 is in this Order referred to as the Principal Order.
Schedule 1 amended
2. Schedule 1 to the Principal Order is amended by substituting the following item for item 2 -
