CIVIL AVIATION AUTHORITY OF THE FIJI ISLANDS ACT
(CAP. 174A)

Civil Aviation (Fees and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2011

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon it by Section 29 of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Fiji Islands Act 1979 (Cap. 174A), the Authority with the approval by the Minister, makes the following Regulations –

Citation and commencement

1.-(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Fees and Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and is deemed to have come into force on 1st January, 2011.

(2) In these Regulations, the Civil Aviation (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2007 is referred to as the "Principal Regulations".

General amendments

2. The Principal Regulations are amended by –

(a) deleting "56.25", wherever it appears and substituting "57.50";

(b) deleting "0.31", wherever it appears and substituting "0.32";

(c) deleting "123.75", wherever it appears and substituting "126.50";

(d) deleting "24.75", wherever it appears and substituting "25.30";

(e) deleting "112.50", wherever it appears and substituting "115.00";

(f) deleting "112.25", wherever it appears and substituting "114.95";

(g) deleting "168.75", wherever it appears and substituting "172.50";

(h) deleting "61.88", wherever it appears and substituting "63.25";

(i) deleting "0.48", wherever it appears and substituting "0.49";

(j) deleting "25 cents", wherever it appears and substituting "26 cents"; and

(h) deleting "0.14", wherever it appears and substituting "0.16 cents".
