CORRIGENDUM

This corrigendum is to correct the published Legal Notice No. 16, Fiji Islands Government Gazette Supplement issued on Friday 22nd May 2009.

Title

1. This Corrigendum is to correct the Customs (Prohibited Imports and Exports) (Amendment) Regulations 2009.

Schedule 4 correction

2. Schedule 4 of the Customs (Prohibited Imports and Exports) (Amendment)
Regulations 2009 is corrected -

(a) in the heading by deleting "Section" and substituting it with "Schedule";

(b) by inserting paragraph (c) after paragraph (b) as follows:

(c) by inserting the following new item 2:"
