AN ACT

TO REPEAL THE SUNDAY OBSERVANCE DECREE, 1989

ENACTED by the Parliament of Fiji-

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Sunday Observance (Repeal) Act, 1995.

Commencement

2. This Act shall come into force on the day of its publication in the Fiji Republic Gazette.

Repeal of Sunday Observance Decree, 1989

3. The Sunday Observance Decree, 1989 is repealed.

Passed by the House of Representatives this 18th day of September, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and ninety-five.

Passed by the Senate this 11th day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand, nine hundred and ninety-five.
