Sugar Industry Act (Amendment) Decree 2000

REPUBLIC OF FIJI

SUGAR INDUSTRY ACT
(CAP. 206)

SUGAR INDUSTRY ACT (AMENDMENT) DECREE No 30 of 2000

IN exercise of the powers vested in the Interim Civilian Government by section 4 of the Interim Civilian Government (Transfer of Executive Authority) Decree No. 19 of 2000, I, Josefa Iloilovatu Uluivuda, President of the Republic of Fiji, acting on the advice of the Cabinet, make this Decree to amend the Sugar Industry Act-

Short title

1. This Degree may be cited as the Sugar Industry Act (Amendment) Decree 2000.

Section 18 and 22 amended

2. Sections 18 and 22 of the Sugar Industry Act are amended by deleting "Judicial and Legal Services Commission" and substituting "Judicial Services Commission" where ever it appears in those sections.
