DECREE NO. 11
PRESCRIPTION OF SALARIES (AMENDMENT) DECREE, 1989
A DECREE TO AMEND THE PRESCRIPTION OF SALARIES ACT
IN
exercise of the powers vested in me as President and Commander-in-Chief of the
Republic of Fiji and acting in accordance with the
advice of the Prime Minister
and the Cabinet, I hereby make the following Decree-
Short title
1.
This Decree may he cited as the Prescription of Salaries (Amendment) Decree,
1989.
Schedule replaced
2.
The Prescription of Salaries Act is amended by deleting the Schedule to that Act
and substituting for that Schedule the following Schedule:

Commencement
3.
This Decree shall be deemed to have come into force on 1 January
