Prescription of Salaries Act (Amendment) (No. 1) Decree 1992

GOVERNMENT OF THE SOVEREIGN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF FIJI DECREE NO. 10 OF 1992.

PRESCRIPTION OF SALARIES ACT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 1) DECREE, 1992

A DECREE TO AMEND THE SCHEDULE TO THE PRESCRIPTION OF SALARIES ACT

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as President of the Sovereign Democratic Republic of Fiji and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet, I hereby make the following Decree–

Short title

1. This Decree may be cited as the Prescription of Salaries Act (Amendment) (No. 1) Decree, 1992.

Schedule amended

2. The Schedule to the Prescription of Salaries Act shall be deemed to have been amended with effect from 1 August 1991 by substituting for the figures in Column 2 of the following Table in relation to an office specification in Column 1 of that Table the figures specified in Column 3 of that table in relation to that office–
