NATIVE LAND TRUST (AMENDMENT) DECREE, 1988

A DECREE TO AMEND THE NATIVE LAND TRUST ACT

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Republic of Fiji, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet, I hereby make the following Decree-

Short title

1. This Decree may be cited as the Native Land Trust (Amendment) Decree, 1988.

Expression "Governor-General" to be replaced by "President of Fiji"

2. The expression "Governor-General" shall be replaced wherever it appears in the Native Land Trust Act by the expression "President of Fiji".
