DECREE NO.2

JUDICATURE (AMENDMENT) (NO.2) DECREE 1989

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as President and Commander-in-Chief of the Republic of Fiji and acting on the advice of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, I hereby make the following Decree-

Short title

1. This Decree may be cited as the Judicature (Amendment) (No.2) Decree 1989.

Amendment to section 19

2. Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 19 of the Judicature Decree 1988 is amended by deleting the figures and word "20,000 dollars" and substituting with the figures and word "50,000 dollars".
