FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS (AMENDMENT) (No. 1) DECREE 1987

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as Commander and Head of the Fiji Military Government, I hereby make the following Decree:

1. This Decree may be cited as the Fundamental Freedoms (Amendment) (No. 1) Decree No. 13.

2. The Fundamental Freedoms Decree 1987 (the Decree) shall be amended as follows:

(a) Delete Section 14 of the Decree.

3. This Decree shall come into force on and from 26th October 1987.
