DECREE NO.19

CONSTITUTION (ABROGATION) MILITARY GOVERNMENT AND FINANCE
(AMENDMENT) DECREE 1987 (NO. 19)

IN exercise of the powers vested in me as the Commander and Head of the Fiji Military Government, I hereby make the following Decree:

1. This Decree may be cited as the Constitution (Abrogation) Military Government and Finance (Amendment) Decree 1987 (No. 19).

2. The Constitution (Abrogation) Military Government and Finance Decree 1987 is amended by repealing and replacing section 16 with the following section:

"16 -The member of the Executive Council responsible for finance shall cause to be prepared and laid before the Executive Council by the 30th of November 1987 or within such further time as he may reasonably require, estimates of the revenues and expenditure for the financial year commencing on the 1st of January, 1988, and thereafter before the commencement of each succeeding financial year estimates of the revenues and expenditure of Fiji for that year."

This Decree shall come into force on 31st day of October 1987.
