APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE PREROGATIVE OF MERCY COMMISSION DECREE 1988

IN exercise of the powers conferred upon me by subsection (2) of section 24 of the Head of State and Executive Authority of Fiji Decree 1988, I as President and Commander-in-Chief of the Republic of Fiji hereby make the following Decree-

Short title

1. This Decree may be cited as the Appointment of Members of the Prerogative of Mercy Commission Decree 1988.

Appointment of members

2. The following appointed as members of the Prerogative of Mercy Commission for a term of two years:
