AN ACT

TO APPROPRIATE A SUM NOT EXCEEDING ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED AND TWENTY SIX THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS TO THE SERVICE OF THE YEAR ENDING THE THIRTY-FIRST DAY OF DECEMBER, ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY-FIVE IN ADDITION TO THE SUMS PREVIOUSLY APPROPRIATED FOR THAT YEAR; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES

ENACTED by the Parliament of Fiji-

Short title

1.-This Act may be cited as the 1985 Supplementary Appropriation (No. 2) Act, 1985.

Appropriation of $1,826,100

2.-(1) There shall be issued from the Operating Fund Account of the Consolidated Fund and applied to the service of the year ending the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eighty-five, any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of $1,826,100 for defraying the charges of the Government of Fiji for such period, in addition to the sums previously appropriated for that year.

(2) There shall be issued from the Lending Fund Account of the Consolidated Fund and applied to the service of the year ending the thirty-first day of December, one thousand nine hundred and eighty-five any sum or sums not exceeding the sum of $1,100,000, with a reduction by an equal amount in the current appropriation under the Operating Fund Account.

(3) The said amounts shall be appropriated as set out in the Schedules.
