ORDER IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

Present:

PURSUANT to Section 54 of the Welfare Act 1989, His Excellency the Chief Justice, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER

1. Title and Commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Welfare (Destitute and Infirm Persons Relief) Order 2004.

(2) This Order shall come into force on the 1^st day of July 2004,

Price $1.50

2. Rate of Relief - Relief payable pursuant to Part IV of the Welfare Act 1989, shall be calculated as from the 1^st day of July 2004, at the rate of $150 per month, payable twice monthly.

3. Revocation - The Welfare (Destitute and Infirm Persons Relief) Order 2002 is hereby revoked.
