PURSUANT to section 221 of the International Companies Act 1981-82, His Excellency the Queen’s Representative acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following Regulations:

REGULATIONS

1. Title - These Regulations may be cited as the International Companies (Prescribed Fees) Amendment Regulations 2005 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the International Companies (Prescribed Fees) Regulations 1982 (hereinafter called “the principal regulations”).

2. Fees - The principal regulations are amended by inserting in the Schedule to those regulations, in numerical order, the words and figures set out in the Schedule to these regulations.
