At Avarua, Rarotonga, this 13th day of May 1997
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE QUEEN'S REPRESENTATIVE IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
PURSUANT to Section 221(2) of the International Companies Act 1981-82, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following regulations.

REGULATIONS
1. Title and commencement - (1) These Regulations shall be cited as the International Companies (Prescribed Fees) Amendment Regulations 1997 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the International Companies (Prescribed Fees) Regulations 1982 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Regulations").
(2) These Regulations shall come into force on the 1st June 1997.
2. Fees - The principal Regulations are amended, by deleting the Schedule to those Regulations, and substituting a new schedule as set out in these Regulations.

Prescribed Fees

| 1. | Inspection of the documents kept by the Registrar in respect of any one company | 10.00 |
| 2. | Obtaining a copy of or an extract from any one document kept by the Registrar | 5.00 |
| 3. | To incorporate a company, or to register as a foreign company | 500.00 |
| 4. | On each application to renew incorporation or to renew registration as a foreign company | 500.00 |
| 5. | On application for reservation of name | 10.00 |
| 6. | On application by an individual or a company for appointment and registration as a company auditor | 100.00 |
| 7. | On any application lodged with, and on the lodging of any document required to be lodged with the Registrar, if not a matter to which
any of fees Nos. 1 to 5 hereof relate – | |
| | (a) if lodged within the statutory period | Nil |
| | (b) if lodged outside the statutory period- for every month or part of a month out of time | 20.00” |
