HIS EXCELLENCY THE QUEEN'S REPRESENTATIVE IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL


PURSUANT to Section 5A of the Entry, Residence and Departure Act 1971-72 (as inserted by section 2 of the Entry, Residence and Departure Amendment Act 1991), His Excellency the Queens Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.

ORDER


1. Title - This Order may be cited as the Entry, Residence and Departure (Award of Honorary Residence to Nadene Wattam McClay) Order 2005.


2. Award of Honorary Residence in recognition of outstanding service - Pursuant to section 5A of the Entry, Residence and Departure Act 1971-72 (as amended by section 2 of the Entry, Residence and Departure Amendment Act 1991), the Queen's Representative on the recommendation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration hereby confers upon Nadene Wattam McClay by way of award, the status of Honorary Residence of the Cook Islands.
