PURSUANT to section 4(2) of the Environment Act 2003, the Chief Justice of the High Court, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following Order.

1. Title - This Order may be cited as the Environment (Application to Mitiaro) Order 2004.

2. Application of Act - The Environment Act 2003 shall apply to the island of Mitiaro.
