PURSUANT to section 27(1) of the Development Investment Act 1995-96, His Excellency the Queen’s Representative acting by and with the consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following Order:

REGULATIONS

1. Title - This Order may be cited as the Development Investment (Investment Code) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Development Investment (Investment Code) Order 2003 (“the principal Order”).

2. Amendment to Investment Code - The Schedule of the principal Order is amended by deleting paragraph 5 of Part E of the Investment Code and substituting the following –

“5. Where the foreign enterprise is skills or technology oriented the project may be considered”.
