HIS EXCELLENCY THE QUEEN'S REPRESENTATIVE IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL
PURSUANT to Sections 7 and 9 of the Customs Tariff Act 1980, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order:

ORDER
1. Title - (1) This Order may be cited as the Customs Amendment (Chapter 71) Order 2004 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Customs Tariff Amendment Order 1989 ("the principal Order").
2. Application - This Order shall apply for the period 31st August 2004 to 31st August 2006.
3. Schedule - The principal Order is amended by deleting Chapter 71 from Schedule 1 and substituting the new Chapter 71 set out in the Schedule to this Order.
