ORDER IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

At Avarua, Rarotonga this 21st day of September 2004

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE QUEEN'S REPRESENTATIVE
IN EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

PURSUANT to Section 4(1) of the Civil List Act 1984, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER

1. Title and commencement - (1) This Order may be cited as the Civil List Order 2004.

(2) This Order shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26^th day of July 2004.

2. Allowances of the Queen's Representative - (1) There shall be paid to the Queen's
Representative the following allowances -

(a) an expense allowance of $45,000 per annum; and

(b) a clothing allowance of $10,000.

(2) The allowances set out in subsection (1) shall not be subject to tax and shall be increased in accordance with any general cost of living increase to salaries granted from time to time to members of the Public Service.

3. Repeal - The Civil List Order 2001 is hereby repealed.
