PURSUANT to section 5(4) of the Cook Islands Tourism Marketing Corporation Act 1998, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order.

ORDER

1. Title - This Order may be cited as the Cook Islands Tourism Marketing Corporation (Remuneration of Directors) Order 2005.

2. Remuneration - There shall be payable to the directors of the Cook Islands Tourism Marketing Corporation the following allowances for each month:

(a) the Chairman: $500.00;

(b) other members: $400.00.
