PURSUANT to the Chattels Transfers Act 1924 of the New Zealand Parliament as it applies to the Cook Islands by virtue of Section 626 of the Cook Islands Act 1915, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following regulations:

REGULATIONS

1. Title and commencement - (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Chattels Transfer (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2005.

(2) These Regulations shall come into force on the 1^st day of August 2005.

2. Fees - There shall be paid to the Registrar for the various matters set out in the Schedule hereto the respective fees set out in that Schedule.

3. Value Added Tax - The fees specified in these Regulations are inclusive of value added tax under the Value Added Tax Act 1997.

4. Revocation-The Chattels Transfer (Fees) Regulations 1995 No. 9 is hereby revoked.
