PURSUANT to Section 31(2)(c), of the New Zealand Companies Act 1955, as applied in the Cook Islands, by the Companies Act 1970-71, His Excellency the Queen's Representative, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following Order:

ORDER

1. Title - (1) This Order may be cited as the Approval of Use (HSBC Trustee (Cook Islands) Limited) Order 2004.

2. Approval of the use of the word "Trustee" - Approval is hereby given for the use of the word "Trustee" in the name of a company to be known as "HSBC Trustee (Cook Islands) Limited".
