An Act to amend the Shipping Registry Act 1985

(22 July 1986

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Shipping Registry Amendment Act 1986 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Shipping Registry Act 1985 (herein referred to as the "principal Act").

2. Shipping Ordinances - (1) Section 69 of the principal Act is repealed.

(2) The ordinances and rules referred to in the Schedule shall be deemed to have continued in force as if they had never been repealed (either in part or in whole) or revoked as the case may be.
