An Act to repeal the Privy Council (Judicial Committee) Amendment Act 1992-93

(1st December 2000)

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of the Cook Islands in Session assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:

1. Short Title - This Act may be cited as the Privy Council (Judicial Committee) Amendment (Repeal) Act 2000.

2. Repeal - The Privy Council (Judicial Committee) Amendment Act 1992-93 is hereby repealed.
