The government operated public broadcast station is authorized to broadcast donor and underwriting announcements in accordance with guidelines established by the Federal Communications Commission in connection with public broadcast station television operations.

23.0102 Public broadcast station enterprise fund.

Funds collected by the public broadcast station from television operations shall be placed in an enterprise fund and administered by the Director of the Office of Public Information.
