AN ACT to repeal the Foreign Exchange Levy Act 1977.

[19 June 1998]

BE IT ENACTED by the Legislative Assembly of Samoa in Parliament assembled as follows:-

1. Short title and commencement- (1) This Act may be cited as the Foreign Exchange Levy Repeal Act 1998.

(2) This Act shall take effect on the 1st January 1999.

2. Repeal of the Act - As from the 1st January 1999 the Foreign Exchange Levy Act 1977 shall be repealed.
