THE EVIDENCE AMENDMENT
ACT 1966

An Act to amend the Evidence Ordinance 1961

[7 July 1966]

1. Short title - This Act may be cited as the Evidence Amendment Act 1966, and shall be read together with and be deemed part of the Evidence Ordinance 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance).

2. Commencement - This Act shall be deemed to have come into force at the same time as the principal Ordinance on the 1st day of January 1962.

3. This section amended s. 24 of the principal Ordinance.
