WATER SUPPLY (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 28 OF 1993

An Act to amend the Water Supply Act. [CAP 24].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 22 OF CHAPTER 24

1. Section 22 of the Water Supply Act [CAP 24] is amended by repealing subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection:

"(2) The terms and conditions of any agreement or Contract entered into under subsection (1) shall be subject to the provisions of this Part."

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
