WAIGANI CONVENTION (RATIFICATION)
ACT NO. 16 OF 2007

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Waigani Convention.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1. Ratification

The Waigani Convention is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached.

2. Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
