VANUATU FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 16 OF 2008

An Act to amend the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission Act [CAP 229].

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1 Amendment

The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission Act [CAP 229] is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Official Gazette.

AMENDMENTS OF THE VANUATU FINANCIAL SERVICES COMMISSION ACT [CAP 229]

1 Schedule 1 - after item 13

Insert

"14. Personal Property Securities Act No. 17 of 2008."
