TEACHING SERVICE (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 36 OF 1993

An Act to amend the Teaching Service Act [CAP. 171].

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 32 OF CHAPTER 171

1. Section 32 of the Teaching Service Act [CAP. 171] is amended in subsection (2) by repealing paragraph (c) and substituting the following paragraph: -

"(c) the Minister may determine that the officer shall not be paid his salary during the period of the suspension."

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
