TAX INFORMATION EXCHANGE AGREEMENT (RATIFICATION) ACT NO. 36 OF 2010

An Act to Ratify the Tax Information Exchange Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu and certain States.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Tax Information Exchange Agreements entered into by the Government of the Republic of Vanuatu and the following States:

(a) the Government of Australia;

(b) the Government of the Kingdom of Denmark;

(c) the Government of the Faroes;

(d) the Government of the Republic of Finland;

(e) the Government of the French Republic;

(f) the Government of Greenland;

(g) the Government of Iceland;

(h) the Government of New Zealand;

(i) the Government of the Kingdom of Norway;

(j) the Government of the Kingdom of Sweden;

are Ratified.

Copies of the Agreements are attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
