THE SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION (2004)
ACT NO. 10 OF 2004

An Act to provide for the appropriation of additional funds for the services of the Government for the year ending on 31 December 2004, and for related purposes.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows -

1 Amounts carried over and allocated under section 37 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act No. 6 of 1998

Schedule 1 sets out the allocation of amounts totalling VT 87,386,699 carried forward from the year ending on 31 December 2003 to the year ending on 31 December 2004 in accordance with section 37 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act No. 6 of 1998.

2 Appropriation of amounts under section 39 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act No. 6 of 1998

The additional amount of VT 40,000,000 issued from the Public Fund under section 39 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act No. 6 of 1998 for the year ending on 31 December 2004 is appropriated in accordance with Schedule 2.

3 Appropriation of additional program in 2004

An additional program in 2004 is appropriated as set out in Schedule 3.

4 Commencement

This Act is taken to have commenced on 01 January 2004.
