THE SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION (2004) (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 2 OF 2005

An Act to amend the Supplementary Appropriation (2004) Act No. 10 of 2004.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Amendments

The Supplementary Appropriation (2004) Act No. 10 of 2004 is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2 Commencement

This Act is taken to have commenced on 01 January 2004.

1. After section 2
   

Insert

2A Appropriation of amounts under section 39 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act No. 6 of 1998

The additional amount of VT 120,000,000 issued from the Public Fund under section 39 of the Public Finance and Economic Management Act No. 6 of 1998 for the year ending on 31 December 2004 is appropriated in accordance with Schedule 2A.
