NO. 6 OF 2006

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining Convention, 1949.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Right to Organise and Collective Bargaining Convention, 1949 is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
