PROTOCOLS TO AMEND THE CONVENTION ON INTERNATIONAL CIVIL AVIATION (RATIFICATION) ACT
NO. 25 0F 2005

Assent: 14 July 2005
Commencement: 26 September 2005

An Act to provide for the ratification of Protocols Relating to the Amendments to Article 3 bis, Article 56, the Final Clause Arabic Text and the Final Clause Chinese Text of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

(a) The Protocol relating to an Amendment to Article 3 bis of the Convention on International Civil Aviation is ratified. A copy of the Protocol is attached.

(b) The Protocol relating to an Amendment to Article 56, of the Convention on International Civil Aviation is ratified. A copy of the Protocol is attached.

(c) The Protocol relating to an Amendment to the Convention on International Civil Aviation providing that the text of the Convention in the Arabic language is of equal authenticity is ratified. A copy of the Protocol is attached.

(d) The Protocol relating to an amendment to the Convention on International Civil Aviation providing that the text of the Convention in the Chinese language is of equal authenticity is ratified. A copy of the Protocol is attached.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
