An Act to amend the Parliament (Members’ Expenses and Allowances) Act [CAP 109].

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows:

1. Amendment

The Parliament (Members’ Expenses and Allowances) Act [CAP 109] is amended as set out in the Schedule.

2. Commencement

This Act commences on 01 January 2007.

AMENDMENTS OF THE PARLIAMENT (MEMBERS’ EXPENSES AND ALLOWANCES) ACT, [CAP 109]

1. Subsection 4(3)

Delete “VT 34,000”, substitute “VT 70,000”.
