PARLIAMENT (MEMBERS’ EXPENSES AND ALLOWANCES) (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 24 OF 1993

An Act to amend the Parliament (Members’ Expenses and Allowances) Act [CAP. 109].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 3 OF CHAPTER 109

1. Section 3 of the Parliament (Members’ Expenses and Allowances) Act [CAP. 109] is amended in subsection (1) by deleting the figure "82,500" and substituting the figure "120,000."

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
