PACIFIC AGREEMENT ON
CLOSER ECONOMIC RELATIONS (PACER) ACT
NO. 5 OF 2003

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Pacific Agreement on Closer Economic Relations (PACER).

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

(1) The Pacific Agreement on Closer Economic Relations (PACER) a copy of which is set out in the Schedule is ratified.

(2) The Agreement is binding on the Republic of Vanuatu in accordance with its terms.

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
