MINIMUM AGE CONVENTION (RATIFICATION) ACT
NO. 42 OF 2005

An Act to provide for the ratification of the Minimum Age Convention, 1973.

Be it enacted by the President and Parliament as follows-

1 Ratification

The Minimum Age Convention, 1973 is ratified.

A copy of the Convention is attached. [Ed: Not attached to original]

2 Commencement

This Act commences on the day on which it is published in the Gazette.
