LIQUOR LICENSING (AMENDMENT) ACT

NO.19 OF 1995

An Act to amend the Liquor Licensing Act [Cap. 52].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows: -

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 18 OF CHAPTER 52

1. Section 18 of the Liquor Licensing Act [CAP. 52] is amended in subsection (3) by inserting after the words “3 O'clock the following morning” the words “save that such premises shall not be open after 1 O'clock on Sunday morning;”.

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
