An Act to repeal the Guarantee of Loans (Air Vanuatu) Act No. 1 of 1989.

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows

REPEAL OF ACT No. 1 OF 1989

1. The Guarantee of Loans (Air Vanuatu) Act No 1 of 1989 is hereby repealed.

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the day of its publication in the Gazette.
