An Act to amend the Gaming (Control) Act [CAP. 172].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 5 OF CHAPTER 172

1. Section 5 of the Gaming Control Act [CAP. 172] is amended in subsection (1) by deleting the figure "10%" and substituting the figure "25%".

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the 1st day of January, 1997.
