FORESTRY (AMENDMENT) ACT
NO. 15 OF 1993

An Act to amend the Forestry Act [CAP. 147].

BE IT ENACTED by the President and Parliament as follows:-

AMENDMENT OF SECTION 21 OF CHAPTER 147

1. Section 22 of the Forestry Act [CAP. 147] is amended by repealing paragraphs (c) and (d).

COMMENCEMENT

2. This Act shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
